Welcome to "Phase One" as we reopen our country from the COVID-19 pandemic. Our offices are now open, with some modifications. Please be aware of signage for the best practices on social distancing while visiting the office. You will notice that our gym and clubhouse will remain closed at this time. However, enjoy the swimming pool. Please continue to pay your rent through our online portal. If online payments are not an option for you, please contact us to arrange a method for you to drop off your check or money order payment. We are happy to fulfill work orders, as long as you and anyone in your household are not exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19. We will provide updates as they become available.
